[YouTube-API] youtube insights data api using PHP

Hi, new to youtube api, had visited http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/2.0/developers_guide_protocol_insight.html to retrieve the insight data.

But was unable, on how to integrate with php and get the metrics. 

How could this be done:

<link rel='http://gdata.youtube.com/schemas/2007#insight.views'

  type='text/html'

  href='http://insight.youtube.com/video-analytics/csvreports?query=PlVJ88-zqkI&type=...'/>

Can someone help in getting insights data in json to use further. 

I did sent :

http://insight.youtube.com/video-analytics/csvreports?query=jUa4sEOcBe8

    &type=v

    &starttime=1325493720

    &endtime=1325666520

    &user_starttime=1325493720

    &user_endtime=1325666520

    &region=world

 but resulted in 404 error.. ?? any suggestions..??
