We are developing a site with personal user accounts and we would
like to give our users the option of uploading videos. Is it possible
to offer our registered users (without their own registration in
Youtube) by using the "Youtube Data Api" or another app?
Please If this is possible give me some information. I couldn't find
the information I was looking for in the developers guide.
