Adobe have a security restriction that flash cannot enter full screen
without the user telling it to. There's no way to get around it - it's
part of the flash/flex spec.

It's a security precaution to avoid a phishing site creating a
full-screen fake website and requesting your log-in details (or showing
a BSOD and asking for payment for a fake anti-virus, or...).
