[YouTube-API] SetVideoPublic on later moment (PHP API)

Hi There,

I just made a custom upload script that i use to upload video using
information of a database.
All videos get uploaded private and after the upload, i put the
uploaded video ID back into the row of the database.

Now i want to make an second script i which i put all the video id's
public. But i can't really find out how to do this?
I can't seem to find how to handle the SetVideoPublic.. as in how to
use it with specific ID's.

Please help.. (A)
