[YouTube-API] Automatic Search and filter function

Jeff P directed me to this page..

Just wondering if it would be possible to get your advice on something, I want to find a way to perform an automatic YouTube search, the search term would be based on a specified variable name i.e 'productName= 'Samsung Galaxy SIII'' on all website product pages (specifically eCommerce sites), then for it to compile the 3 most popular videos and display them in a Moderation Console similar to that available with the YouTube Direct API. 

Also, are there any tools available for filtering videos in an automatic search, for example, if we just want videos featuring the Galaxy SIII none with comparisons or the official TV advert etc. 

Would any of the APIs available have this capability?
