[YouTube-API] Channel Backgrounds with API

I've been customizing youtube channel design for a few years and am wondering if you have any plans at youtube to allow developers to customize the users channel design through the api? I also think that to include the channel branded designs of users into the leanback api would be a nice way to let users personalize their mobile/android experience. What can I do to help this happen?
