[YouTube-API] Bug report: Strangest embedding problem, in Google Chrome

Good morning everybody,
I have recently launched a content recommendation website that includes embedded videos from YouTube.
However, I have soon found out that in Google Chrome most YouTube videos are shown with no progress bar or control panel whatsoever (no ability to move backward/ forward/ full screen/ go to YouTube/ etc.). They're shown OK in Explorer.
The programmer I hired to set up the site says that it is YouTube's fault, and he has no control over what is shown in the iframe. It makes sense, but I haven't seen such a bug anywhere else, so I'm not so sure it's a YouTube issue.
What do you think?

Website address: http://www.stolenminute.com
Direct link to a YouTube video example: http://www.stolenminute.com/Breather.asp?ID=626
Embedding code for this example:
<iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/sLofEA_BvGY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Thank you all!
Yaniv
