[YouTube-API] uploads.gdata.youtube.com issues constant 503 Service Unavailable upon Browser Based Upload.

Hello,

Is there a maintenance action on the Youtube API right now? I'm
getting an
"Service Unavailable" exception since 30min during the upload
process..
