Is there a way to detect if a client is using the HTML5 video tag? I'd like to conditionally rotate the video a few degrees with CSS transform when its possible on the client but also gracefully degrade to an unrotated video. I have a border around the video ifram which is why I want to apply the transform conditionally. --
