[YouTube-API] Videos fail to load for particular user (Easily reproducible)

I have noticed a few videos by a specific user fail to load when using
the as3 api player. The strange part is that attempting to load one of
the videos does not throw any errors or statechange events.

You can easily reproduce this issue by visiting
http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/youtube_player_demo.html?playerType=chromeless&playerVersion=as3
and using the following videoID "V5fqpbCYejU". The video plays fine
using the embedded player but as you can see fails when using the
chromeless player.
