[YouTube-API] Tearing when resizing API player (screenshot included)

I am having this issue on a number of computers when using a flash
site that utilizes the YouTube API player. If the video player is
resized using the setSize function the video begins to tear as you can
see in the following screenshot http://i.imgur.com/sYFxY.jpg.

Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this issue?
