[YouTube-API] IE8 - iframe getCurrentTime() BROKEN ... Please help ASAP

Folks,

Using YT iframe api player, getCurrentTime() is throwing an error in
IE8 but works fine in Chrome and Firefox.
Here is a stripped down example http://grahovo.cloudant.com/ws/_design/yt-ie-bug/TeslaPlayer.html

I need this badly to work ASAP or to find out if/what I might be doing
wrong.
