[YouTube-API] detect blocked video via API

i am trying to embed 2 videos.

1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfOa1a8hYP8

2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nmOMo4OPi4

both are embeddable, but when I play 2, I get the error "This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it from display on this website. Watch on YouTube."  Is there anyway to catch this via API?

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/cfOa1a8hYP8?v=2&prettyprint=true 

vs.

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/5nmOMo4OPi4?v=2&prettyprint=true 

as far i can see in the API, they are both the same.

They both have

<app:control> <yt:state name='restricted' reasonCode='limitedSyndication'>Syndication of this video was restricted by its owner.</yt:state> </app:control>

and 
<media:restriction type='country' relationship='deny'>DE</media:restriction>

and 
<yt:accessControl action='autoPlay' permission='allowed'/> <yt:accessControl action='syndicate' permission='denied'/>
