Some i have set up the code on a live public server and a
NoLinkedYouTube account error vanished when i ran the code there.
But now i am again here confronted with another strange error.I tried
to upload video's metadata by feeding them in a XML format as
per direction of the Manual to the GetUploadToken url.But now i am
getting a POST requests require a Content-length header. That's all we
know
(Error 411). error on the page.I am setting the content length header
in my request with the length of XML that contains the metadata of
video.
Had i knew that it would be that difficult to implement a browser
based upload without the client library i would have opted for the
Zend Framework for my application from the beginning.

Kindly help me quickly Jeff as i am running out of time here.
