[YouTube-API] Video app cache

Hello,

I currently working on app for Android and iOS, which will have one of its functions to display YouTube videos. I also would like to implement the feature to cache YouTube videos. The videos will be cached by using YouTube API, also the will not be available to view outside of my app (like usual videos in a library). If a videos is deleted from YouTube, its cache on user's phone also will be deleted, since it is no more available on YouTube. User will not be available to transfer videos on a computer or download it.
The only feature I want to implement to view YouTube videos offline when user's phone is not connected to WiFi (or Internet).

So, my question is about legality of such feature, since Terms and Services text does not have detailed information about this on video cache.
