[YouTube-API] How to use api commercial youtube

hello Youtube

i'm using youtube zend gdata+developer key for get my video private and use api non commercial

i want to put my private video on my website,but i'm still not be able to get video with player embeded

if i use api commercial youtube,can i get my video private and not cache video?

please guide for use api commercial
