[YouTube-API] how to use api commercial youtube get an private video

hello Youtube 

sorry for re-post

i'm using youtube zend gdata+developer key to get my video private and use api non commercial

i want to put my private video on my website,but i'm still unable to get video with player emebeded

i don't want to share private video with "Only people you choose can view" by typing names,circles or email address on youtube

but i want all user who gains approval by admin(my website) can view the videos

if i use api commercial youtube,could i get my video private and not cache video?

please guide for use api commercial
