We'll be rolling out a setPlaybackSpeed() method that will only work with HTML5 <video> playback in next Wednesday's push.
The docs for it aren't necessarily going to be ready immediately, though. The general usage is to pass in a number, with 1.0 being normal speed, and 2.0 being double-speed. If you pass in a number corresponding to an unsupported speed, the closest supported speed will be used instead.
