[YouTube-API] Re: Suddenly getting "Error writing request to server"

Same for me last night, all seems to be good now!

All of a sudden today all video uploads are receiving the same error message "Error writing request to server".  Can someone shed some light on why this may be happening?  We haven't changed anything on our side.  The videos are in mp4 format.  Thanks.
