[YouTube-API] Private upload and video converter to my site, there?

Hi, sorry for the topic not related to youtube API, but I don't know where to ask.

Is there a platform that I can use a upload and video converter to serve only my site? That is,  I do not want published videos are public on youtube or anywhere else, only in my site.

Is there any? (Youtube, Vimeo, etc)
