[YouTube-API] Upload a file using YouTube API direct upload always shows "Invalid Request"

The video can be uploaded to youtube using youtube uploader. But i am unable to upload it using YouTube API direct upload. Here is the file to download

http://wtfs1112.aus.us.siteprotect.com/DubLiTV/temp/test.avi

I am using .NET client library to interact with YouTube.
