[YouTube-API] Re: subscription api

Hello Folks,

There was a fix for the initial issue rolled out last night. I'm
definitely hearing a lot of feedback about paging through results not
happening properly following this fix, and I've brought that to the
attention of the engineering team. Apologies for the continued issues,
and I'll update this thread when there's more info to share.
