Hello,
I have an idea as to what might be going on, but it would help if you
could point me to a page illustrating this behavior so I can confirm
which version of the chromeless player you're using and see which
video id(s) you're seeing it with.
This shouldn't be related to the minimum size requirements (though
you certainly should follow those).
