[YouTube-API] Re: About Terms of Service (To YouTube Team)

Dear YouTube Team,

We follow YouTube Terms of Service to develop an application, called ZuiiTV(plz see http://zuiitv.com/dev.) The web application is under construction, and we want to know whether it is legal or not. Can we get any command(s) from YouTube Team for verifying the beta version? For this reason we will get a guideline for developing the further version.
