[YouTube-API] Embedding Youtube for Mobile

I am working on a website that is geared for Mobile phones, including: Android, iPhone, and Blackberry.

It seems that the best way to intergrate video is to create different pages to be used for each separate phone. By using server side script that detects the version of OS and device they are using, the server could send the appropriate page for Android, iPhone, and Blackberry.

It seems that the Youtube Developer API might have an easier way of doing this, although I am having a difficult time finding resources that will allow me to embed for just mobile. I know that each individual platform, (android, blackberry, and iphone) all have different methods of adding youtube video, dependent on the SDK and code you are using.

My question is directed as to if there is a simple way to embed "mobile" video; that is, embedded youtube video that, by default, is compatible with any mobile device.
