[YouTube-API] Embedding a playlist - I need to show the thumbnails at the start

As the title says, I'm trying to embed a playlist but my client is insisting that the thumbnails are shown from the start but I cannot find a way to do it. I have trawled through the docs (https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters) to no avail (I may have missed something of course). Has anyone had any luck with this?

The current code that I'm using is:
<iframe width="490" height="249" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed?listType=playlist&amp;list=SP17231EC5B4097AA8&amp;hl=en_US&amp;controls=1&amp;theme=dark&amp;modestbranding=1&amp;iv_load_policy=3&amp;showinfo=1&amp;showsearch=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
(As you can see, I have been trying out a bunch of parameters)

Cheers!
