The Data API won't return those custom thumbnail sizes, no.
It might be possible for you to just hardcode a URL pattern and plug
in a video id to get the URL for a larger thumbnail, but I have no
idea what that URL pattern would be and obviously when you do
something like that you run the risk of breakage if we start serving
large thumbnails from a different server or path at some point in the
future.
