[YouTube-API] Re: Player API: Change playback speed?

Hello Marius,

There aren't any updates. It's not something that the Players team is
planning on adding, as far as I know. The fact that variable speed
playback is not widely supported across different playback mechanisms
makes it a bad candidate to be added to the API.
