[YouTube-API] Re: onPlaybackQualityChange doesn't fire

I can confirm this issue. If this is a new enforcement of the minimum player embed specified in the terms of service for API, i'm confused as to why these are currently the only functions affected. Can we expect other functions to stop working in the days to come?

Another interesting thing I noticed, is the fact id doesn't actually matter what width it is. It depends on the square of the player. For example, if I set player size 350x150, the onPlaybackQualityChange won't fire either. And even more getVideoBytesLoaded() will return 0 as well. Is it a bug?
