[YouTube-API] Re: API video list different than on youtube

hello Jeff

on youtube, when I'm using this search term: "brenda walsh porn site"
I'm able to find this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox18AFsV4W0 as a second result

when trying the same against the API it does not work, it does not find anything related to the band (why ???)

is there any way that I could get the same result list as youtube has?

Jacek

Hello Jacek,

You're saying that when doing a search on YouTube.com and doing a
search via the API for the same term, you get a different set of
results? That's not completely unexpected. The two are not meant to be
in sync, as the web site will do things like blend in playlist and
channel results along with video results, while the API will only
return videos in the video search feed.
