I wanted to start on an application for my MW3 Clan, just a simple video viewer & uploader using a specific account. I have installed the youtube SDK and Google SDK, but cannot access : http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/dashboard to be able to aquire a dev key to start testing my app (not started yet).
i obviously want to test when im building so i know what i am doing is correct. Please can anyone shed any light on this?
