I wanted to answer a question from our Google+ Hangout office hours
(http://goo.gl/JBTI0) here, since the person who asked it wasn't
around to hear the response.
1) Last Friday we noticed the insight report was missing Subscribed
and Unsubscribed columns from our Channel and Video reports. Was it an
intentional change or error? Is it possible for us to be informed of
changes to data feeds/reports before they happen?
A: The engineering team believes that this was unintentional, and
they're going to follow up internally about it.
2) We noticed the report filenames as well as internal channel names
are become broken, here the example:
was: 2012-04-16,HU,animalworld,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0
now: 2012-04-17,HU,o57ugR-AW2_uKe0fGi7WFw,
2,1,12,50,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0
This is breaking a lot of our internal logic. Is it an error YouTube
is plan to resolve, or it permanent change?
A: This one was intentional (though we weren't told about it ahead of
time, unfortunately). This blog post has more info about this unique
identifiers that correspond to the yt:userId value found in Data API
responses:

Insight reports are now using those unique yt:userId identifiers
instead of legacy channel names.
3) Is there any Youtube API public issue tracking system? .. or
everything is stored only in Buganizer?
A: We have https://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list?q=label:API-YouTube
though it's normally preferable to report pressing issue in this
Google Group, since it's monitored more often. The Issue Tracker is
better for keeping track of feature requests that people can vote on.
4) Are there plans to add comment approval to the API?
A: You can now delete comments, but we don't have any support for
comment approval in the pipeline at this time. Sorry.
