[YouTube-API] Embedded HTML5 iFrame shifts to the left when menu selected

Has anyone else seen this? This is only with an html5 video is playing. 

Embedded iFrame video. Video works fine, until you select a video menu items "Copy Video Url", "Copy Video Embed Url at Current Time" and  "Copy Embed Code"-- i.e. any menu item that opens a modal window-- then the entire movie shifts to the left (please see screenshots).

What am I missing, here?
