[YouTube-API] The dubbing.

Is it posible to develop a button to change the dubbing of the youtube videos, like the actual 'cc' button? Could someone tell me how?

I'm not alredy devloper, but this tool should have a part on the Youtube's API and I propose it here in the forum.
