[YouTube-API] Can we detect the link to other social networks (e.g. Twitter) from the profile of a user?

Hi everyone,

In some people's channels and profiles there are links to their other social networks profiles such as Twitter or Facebook. 

I was wondering if by using the YouTube API, we can find and extract these links in users' profiles and see if they have put the link to their other social networks profiles?
