[YouTube-API] Big difference between total counts of results on youtube.com and while I getting results by API

Hello.

I send two queries:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=man+law
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?alt=json&q=man+law

First query returns "About 428,000 results", second - 766464. I
understand that both count is an approximation. But the difference is
so big. Is it OK?
