[YouTube-API] YouTube, Google+, the API, and You

Hello Folks,

Many of you may have read about the ability to link a Google+ profile
to a new YouTube account (http://youtube-global.blogspot.com/2012/03/
seeing-familiar-faces-on-youtube.html). Not surprisingly, this new
type of account setup has an impact on results returned from the
YouTube Data API. There are a number of important details in this blog

Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions! Also
note that the documentation is in the process of being updated to
reflect new elements and attributes (yt:userId and yt:display) and
we'll update the blog post to link to those docs when they're
