[YouTube-API] Youtube API Partnership features?

Hey,

are there any Youtube Partnership features accessible via the API ?
Someone told me: "Hey I'm a youtube partner and have to add my partner id to uploaded videos - would be nice if you can add this feature to your application".
Well, is something like this even possible via the current API v 2.1?
1. Is there any metadata Tag like: <yt:partner>partner id</yt:partner> that can be submitted with the meta data upload request?
2. Are those features planed for the future? - When will they appear?
