[YouTube-API] Youtube API Not Retrieving All the Songs in a Playlist

Here's the playlist, it has 147 songs in it:
https://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=F22C28C5942AFAD8

Here's the XML for it:
https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/playlists/F22C28C5942AFAD8?v=2

If you do a CTRL-F in Chrome in the XML for "<title>", you'll see
there'll be 26 instances when there should be at least 147.

Anyone know what's up?
