[YouTube-API] Video search engine falling into data limit.

Hi team,

We are developing a video search engine where youtube is one of the major source to be considered. We are frequently falling into quota limit and being blocked by google and released later. Can you please let me know is there any other source to get the things done so that we can make our search engine 100% available for our clients.

We are also ready to purchase any special permissions for a dedicated access to the youtube data from the google.

Please let me know at the earliest possible.
