[YouTube-API] Transparent change to OAuth v1 infrastructure today

Hello Folks,

I want to give everyone a heads-up about a change being made to the
OAuth v1 infrastructure used for the YouTube Data API. It won't affect
ClientLogin, AuthSub, or the OAuth v2 auth mechanisms, only OAuth v1.
The change will take place in a few hours, and it is meant to be
completely transparent to developers and end users—you ideally
shouldn't notice that anything different, active tokens will remain
valid.

That being said, whenever an infrastructure-level change is made we
do want folks to be alert for any unexpected side effects. If your
code uses OAuth v1 and you notice anything out of the ordinary
starting later today, please post in this thread and let us know.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, YouTube API Team
