You're sure that you properly renamed the appengine-web_DEFAULT.xml
file to appengine-web.xml and stored it in the proper location?

If the file is there and the Eclipse App Engine plugin won't
recognize it then that sounds like an issue with the plugin. Could you
raise the issue at
