The YouTube API quota system limits the number of videos you could
upload (see http://apiblog.youtube.com/2010/02/best-practices-for-avoiding-quota.html).
There are no hard limits on total number of videos per account. It's
been that way for a while, but we hadn't updated the docs until
recently to reflect that.
