I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you don't need the
explicit audio file, but rather the information describing it.
In general, there are certain pieces of metadata (title, description,
keywords) about the video that you can retrieve using the YouTube API,
but they're set to whatever the uploader wants and probably aren't
suitable to whatever sort of automated detection you're looking to do.
There is no access to the underlying audio data for a YouTube video
other than via the official YouTube Players playback mechanisms.
