[YouTube-API] Put an video upload in my site make upload videos to everybody upload videos

Hello
I installed the youtube data api uin my site, but what I would like reallyu, is to put something that can allow users of my site upload video to youtube account Lazarus Portugal, even if you have to give my login
The API is installed properly in here http://teste.lazarusportugal.org/youtube_video/ .
How?
