[YouTube-API] Playlist Access Controls, possible?

Hi,

I'm adding/updating playlists and that's working like a charm but I see on the website I have some access controls (just like on videos) for embedding and rating the playlist. I want to be able to enable/disable this through the api but the docs don't mention it and retrieving the playlist also doesn't seem to return these 2 access controls. Is there any way of editing these using the API or is this functionality currently missing?
