[YouTube-API] Passing user agent string to m.youtube.com and getting correct RTSP link for that specific handset

Hi

We have developed a mobi site that allows the user to watch videos on
our Youtube channel. Currently we have provided two ways of viewing
the video;

1. Streaming (iPhone and Android) - user views video using standard
youtube streaming controls.
2. RTSP - user clicks on button and native player loads and plays
video.

We are struggling with RTSP because different handsets have different
RTSP links and I can't find how to get these links based on the user's
handset. How do we pass the user agent string to m.youtube.com and get
the correct RTSP link back so the user is able to view the video in
the same way they would if they were on m.youtube.com?

Thanks
Ryan
