[YouTube-API] Iframe API occasionally results in audio but no video

Hi,

I'm using the iframe API and occasionally, I end up with audio
playing, but no video (just a black rectangle). I've seen this twice
now -- once on Firefox 11 on Mac OS X, and once on IE9. Any thought
as to what might be going wrong? (I looked in the archives, but could
only find things from 9 months ago, and those seem to have been
resolved.)
