[YouTube-API] A few beginner questions

Hi I have a few beginner questions about Youtube api for a website I am thinking of developing.

1. I am building a sports site where users can upload videos of certain events.

2. I want users to register with my site and be able to upload videos, they can then choose to share these videos with other users on the website.

I will use the YouTube API in my website where all videos will be uploaded via my own youtube account and not the individual users account.

1. What is the maximum upload limit that I am allowed to upload?? FOr example if my user base grows then if there is a limit then I will have to delete some content which is bad for users.

2. If there is a limit, is it possible to pay for more space?
