[YouTube-API] Fetching "Related" videos using the API returns different list than the one on the site

The title says it all:

The output of the "Related" API is different from the one I see on the site.

For example:

https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/E3bRqGYPhmY/related?v=2&alt=jsonc 

vs.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3bRqGYPhmY  (on the right side)

In addition, the "total items" is different as well (the API returns only 11 options)

Is this a bug or intended behavior?
